Terms of service

1. Agreement to these terms

These are the Terms of Service for FantasySportsEdge (the "Service," "we," "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What FantasySportsEdge is

FantasySportsEdge gives you tools, projections, and data for daily fantasy sports and player props: lineup building, projections, and related information across NFL, NBA, MLB, and WNBA. It is for entertainment and research. See our disclaimer.

FantasySportsEdge does not run any contest, pool, or wager. We are not a sportsbook, a daily fantasy operator, or a bookmaker. We do not take bets, hold funds, or pay out winnings. Any contest or bet you enter is between you and the operator you use (for example DraftKings or FanDuel) under that operator's own rules.

3. THE BIG DISCLAIMER: READ THIS

THE SERVICE, ALL PROJECTIONS, DATA, TOOLS, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE MAKE NO PROMISE, WARRANTY, OR GUARANTEE THAT:

• YOU WILL WIN MONEY, PROFIT, OR ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT FROM USING THE SERVICE;
• ANY PROJECTION, RANKING, LINEUP, OR PIECE OF DATA IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR TIMELY;
• THE SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE, OR SECURE.

SPORTS OUTCOMES ARE UNCERTAIN. OUR PROJECTIONS ARE ESTIMATES BUILT FROM HISTORICAL AND REAL TIME DATA, AND THEY WILL SOMETIMES BE WRONG, LATE, OR BASED ON STALE INFORMATION. DO NOT RELY ON ANY NUMBER ON THIS SITE AS A GUARANTEE OF ANYTHING.

NOTHING ON THE SERVICE IS BETTING ADVICE, GAMBLING ADVICE, OR FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE. EVERY DECISION YOU MAKE ABOUT A CONTEST, LINEUP, OR BET IS YOUR OWN DECISION AND YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR CONFIRMING THAT DAILY FANTASY SPORTS AND ANY CONTEST OR WAGER YOU ENTER ARE LEGAL WHERE YOU LIVE, AND FOR FOLLOWING ANY AGE, RESIDENCY, OR OTHER RULE THAT APPLIES TO YOU.

4. The Service can change, and so can these terms

We can add, change, limit, or remove any feature, sport, tool, data source, or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We can also discontinue the Service entirely. We do our best, but "best effort" is what we promise, not a specific outcome. See Section 15 for how we notify you of changes to these terms specifically.

5. Who can use the Service

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority in your location if that is higher, to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

6. Your account

One account per person. Do not share your login or let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for anything that happens under your account, so keep your password private. Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised. We can suspend or close an account that violates these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or programmatically pull data from the Service or our APIs on a schedule, or use any automated tool to bulk collect our content;
• resell, sublicense, or redistribute our projections, data, or any part of the Service, or fold them into a product or feed you sell or give away;
• present our data or projections as your own model or work;
• attempt to break, disable, overload, or bypass any security or access control on the Service;
• use the Service for anything illegal, or in a way that impersonates someone else or interferes with other users.

Full detail on what you can and cannot do with our published numbers is on the data use page. If the two conflict, the more specific data use terms control for that question.

8. Paid membership

Some features require a paid membership, billed through Stripe. Paid membership renews automatically until you cancel. Pricing, trial terms, what renews and when, and exactly how to cancel are on the refund and cancellation page; that page is part of these terms.

Free access, promotional pricing, trials, and any other free or discounted offer are not permanent. We can change, limit, or end them at any time, including for users who already have them, except where we have committed otherwise in writing (for example, price protection for an existing paid member, as described on the refund and cancellation page).

9. Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you give us the right to use them for any purpose, without owing you anything or crediting you, and without any obligation to keep them confidential.

10. No affiliation

FantasySportsEdge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DraftKings, FanDuel, any other sportsbook or daily fantasy operator, or any sports league, team, or player association. Any team names, league names, or player names on the Service are used for identification and reference only.

11. Our content and intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, projections, and other content we create, belongs to FantasySportsEdge or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable license to use the Service for your own lineups, research, and decisions. That license does not include the rights listed in Section 7. You may quote a few numbers from our pages in your own posts or articles with credit back to us, on the terms in our data use page.

12. Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive emails about your account and the Service, such as billing receipts, security notices, and service changes. These are not optional and are part of using the Service.

FantasySportsEdge may also email you about new features, offers, and tips. Every one of these emails has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops them. Unsubscribing does not stop account and service emails while you have an account.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify FantasySportsEdge against any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third party's rights.

14. Suspension and termination

We can suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for violating these terms, for nonpayment, for suspected fraud or abuse, or for any other reason at our discretion. You can stop using the Service or cancel your paid membership at any time as described in Section 8. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 9, 11, 13, 16, and 17) continue to apply after your account ends.

15. Changes to these terms

We can change these terms at any time. If you are a new user, the version posted at the time you sign up or subscribe applies to you from the start.

If you are an existing user, a change becomes effective for you 14 days after we post the updated terms and notify you, either by email or by a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after that date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, your option is to stop using the Service and, if applicable, cancel your paid membership before the change takes effect.

This update to these terms and to the privacy policy is effective for new users on posting, and for existing users on October 14, 2026.

16. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

FANTASYSPORTSEDGE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, WINNINGS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

FANTASYSPORTSEDGE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FANTASYSPORTSEDGE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) $100.

In plain terms, our total liability to you is capped at whichever is larger: what you paid us in the 12 months before your claim, or $100. Some places do not allow the exclusion of certain damages or this kind of liability limit, so parts of this section may not apply to you, in which case our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.

17. Dispute resolution: arbitration and class action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to go to court.

Agreement to arbitrate. You and FantasySportsEdge agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration, and not in a court, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

Arbitration rules. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You can find those rules at adr.org.

No class actions. You and FantasySportsEdge each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Unless we agree otherwise, the arbitrator cannot combine more than one person's claims and cannot preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding.

Your right to opt out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement entirely. To do so, send an email to fantasysportsedge247@gmail.com within 30 days of the date you first agree to these terms (or, if this section is new or changed, within 30 days of the date the change takes effect for you), stating clearly that you want to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, neither you nor FantasySportsEdge is required to arbitrate disputes between you, and disputes will be resolved in court as described in Section 18.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws rules. If a dispute is not subject to arbitration (including if you opt out under Section 17), it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

19. Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest of these terms still apply, and the unenforceable part will be read to accomplish its intent as closely as the law allows.

20. Entire agreement

These terms, together with the pages they link to (including the refund and cancellation page, the data use page, the disclaimer, and the privacy policy), are the entire agreement between you and FantasySportsEdge about the Service, and replace any earlier agreement on the same subject.
